Prior to getting started with Young Living, I was always tired and stressed-out. For years, I resisted the idea that to be a “good” parent, I had to read all the “right” books by the “right” experts. But I was failing. I didn’t know who to trust or who could help.
Because I used to watch the news, I saw the reports on how bad the foods we eat are, the damage to our body that the chemicals in our products are causing, and the side effects all the medicines we are taking have on us, but I didn’t know what I could do. I didn’t know where to start. I felt like I was hurting or slowly poisoning my kids with all this, but I felt like there was nothing I could do… So I tuned it out, tried to forget it so I didn’t have to worry that I wasn’t doing a good enough job.
I wanted to find natural ways to support my family’s health.
I wanted to lead a healthy, natural, organic lifestyle, but I just knew I couldn’t trust the stuff I was finding in stores. Plus, it was too hard to find one brand that had everything I wanted, was natural, and fit all our needs for our home, nutrition, vitamins, supplements, wellness, energy, body care, face care, oral care, shampoo, etc.
I started with getting a premium starter kit for a specific need our family was experiencing (see video above), and ended up falling in love with their other products too.

Essential oils are non-toxic. They are natural, they are organic.
How do you use essential oils?
- Topically: put a drop directly on your skin
- Aromatically: inhale or diffuse oils in a diffuser
- Internally: ingest oils, either by putting in mouth, drinking or ingesting through supplements. (Note. I do not recommend ingesting any oils you have bought from anywhere else.
