I am excited to be returning to Indonesia. With sweltering temperatures and high, high humidity, it shouldn’t feel that much hotter than Dallas. Too bad there’s not much air conditioning though!
Over the next few posts, I’ll share with you a little bit more about our trip. But, I won’t be able to go into a lot of detail on some of our work, due to the sensitive nature of the trip.
However, I will be sharing some ways you can be praying for us.
GET YOUR FAMILY'S FAITH LIFE MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
Want to get consistent sharing Jesus with your family and know it's making a difference? This 6 Faith Habits to Consistency checklist will give you quick ideas to steadily point your family to Jesus' amazing love.
And, I will be sharing some first-hand accounts from the field, either while away or upon my return.
I hope you will join me in this adventure and see what God is doing in other parts of the world. It is a privilege to be able to return to Indonesia and to continue our work there: training counselors and working with a national seminary.

How many hours did it take you to get there? And did your carry on make the 14lb. limit?
A lap top weights 7 -10 alone!!! How did you do it? I bet you looked funny having blankets as a head scarf!
We’re still not there, if that’s any indication… Hong Kong airport layover. My carry-on bag did make it, they didn’t even weigh them! One gate agent stopped a woman, held her bag, sternly said, “This is over 15 pounds,” then said, “Don’t do it again next time.” I totally could have gotten away with 17, maybe even the original 23 pounds, though my back appreciates the lighter load!
Beautiful islands. Enjoy your trip.
Be very careful and know that we are thinking of you and praying for you each step of your journey.
Thank you!
